Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use FootyCircle. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.

Games and real-world activity

FootyCircle helps adults organise and discover football activity but does not supervise games, inspect venues, select participants, or guarantee another user's conduct. Hosts must provide accurate details. Players are responsible for assessing fitness, travel, venue safety, equipment, insurance, and emergency needs.

Fitness and health information

Performance metrics, heart-rate summaries, routes and heatmaps are fitness estimates, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring. Device sensors, permissions and location conditions can make information incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on FootyCircle to decide whether it is safe to exercise or to seek urgent help.

Payments

Free games and organiser-managed cash games do not use the FootyCircle wallet. FootyCircle does not collect, guarantee or refund cash paid directly to an organiser. Managed card games are UK-only and remain unavailable until their provider, host, venue and operational controls are approved. Before any managed card booking, the complete wallet total and applicable cancellation terms must be shown for confirmation.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give FootyCircle a limited permission to host, process, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the right to share it and must follow the Community Guidelines.

Acceptable use

• Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, or endanger another person.
• Do not post illegal, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or malicious content.
• Do not manipulate games, attendance, polls, payments, ratings, reports, or platform security.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or use FootyCircle for unsolicited commercial messaging.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or remove accounts or content where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, non-payment, or a serious or repeated breach. You may stop using FootyCircle and request account deletion at any time, subject to necessary financial, dispute, or safety retention.

Service status and liability

The beta may change, contain faults, or be unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence. A final UK consumer-law review is required before launch.
