Cancellation and Refund Policy
Managed card games are still pre-release and UK-only. These rules describe the implemented wallet lifecycle, but public paid launch still requires provider, legal and staging acceptance.
Free and organiser-managed cash games
Free games and organiser-managed cash games are available independently of the FootyCircle wallet. FootyCircle does not collect an organiser-managed cash payment, so players must follow the organiser's clearly disclosed cash arrangements while still cancelling promptly to release their place.
Managed card-game price
Before a managed card-game booking, FootyCircle shows a short-lived server quote containing the complete wallet total and any platform or estimated processing amount. Wallet payment, capacity reservation and attendance confirmation then succeed or fail together. Card games remain disabled until the UK host, venue, fee and provider controls are approved.
Player cancellation
Cancelling at or before the exact instant 24 hours before kick-off returns the full eligible booking amount to the FootyCircle wallet. Inside 24 hours, the place is released but the refund is issued only if an eligible replacement takes it before kick-off. If no replacement arrives, or the player does not attend without cancelling, there is no automatic refund.
Host cancellation and disputes
A host cancellation before kick-off returns every unsettled managed-card booking to the affected players' FootyCircle wallets. An open dispute or operational review holds host settlement. Host settlement is not eligible until 48 hours after the game's scheduled or derived end, and actual provider transfers are not enabled yet.
Wallet refunds and original payment methods
Ordinary eligible game refunds return to the FootyCircle wallet first and preserve the purchased or promotional value originally used. A separate, exceptional route may return eligible unused purchased wallet funding to its original payment method; it is not the normal game-refund path and promotional value is never cash-withdrawable.
How to ask for help
Email raghavsubedii@gmail.com with the game date and FootyCircle transaction reference. Never send card details, identity documents or bank information by email. Provider refunds, once approved, may take additional banking days to appear.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory UK consumer rights. A final legal and payment-provider review is required before charging users.
